The two pop stars got together over music at first. They not only have the same producer, Dan Nigro, but they also adore Taylor Swift’s songs. Since then, the pair has given us several glimpses into their wonderful relationship, such as attending Halloween parties together, encouraging one another’s music, and hanging out at significant occasions like the Met Gala.

In June 2021, alongside Lydia Night, Iris Apatow, and Madison Hu, Gray made a special appearance at Rodrigo’s Sour Prom concert.

The “Drivers License” singer was up for a few awards at the 2021 American Music Awards, and Gray and Rodrigo were by each other’s sides. During the ceremony, Gray sat beside Rodrigo, and as she was awarded New Artist of the Year, she was seen giving her a big hug.
